I’ve always been intrigued by the mind-body connection, as well as the body’s ability to heal itself, and how intertwined our mental, emotional and physical healths are. This fascination eventually led me down a medical road to a career in Physical Therapy.

I began my physical therapy journey in Uganda while living and volunteering in a special needs children’s home.  After returning to the States, I pursued a career in Physical Therapy and have been a Physical Therapist Assistant in the Asheville area ever since. I’ve had the privilege of primarily working with the 65+ population with a focus on maintaining and improving mobility and function to promote longevity. My experience includes addressing pain management, muscle and strength imbalances, stability and balance training, as well as manual therapy.

Having been born and raised in the mountains of Western North Carolina, I’ve always been an active outdoor enthusiast. Depending on the season, you can find me camping, paddleboarding, hiking, snowboarding, or wakeboarding. I love to travel both domestically and abroad, having recently completed an extended solo trip across America, hiking and camping throughout eighteen different state and national parks.

I look forward to assisting you in your health and healing pursuits.
